Diet analysis is important to all athletes as well as clients wishing to lose/gain weight or build muscle mass, with the help of a comprehensive diet log, diet can be analyzed into the individual minerals, vitamins and other essential parts of the diet allowing a correct nutritional balance to be achieved.

Motivation is key to success and through well thought out and planned goals anything can be achieved through structured training, however there are many ways to boast motivation such as imagery, motivational interviewing and through changing thought processes into positive, self motivating ones.
