Focused, goal orientated training in the environment you feel most at ease in. many of us have an ultimate picture of what we would like to see ourselves achieve or look like

Nutrition

Healthy eating should be about optimizing the diet through varied foods to incorporate all the different vitamins and minerals available.

Healthy eating should also be about trying new foods, recipes and making both cooking and eating pleasurable.

Weight Loss

To fully take control of your diet and to consistently lose weight and keep it off, you have to develop a quite selfish mentality.

Ask yourself how many times you have been shopping and filled your trolley with wine, washing powder and very little food? To lose weight you need to plan what and when you’re going to eat throughout the day, this not only aids motivation but also helps to regulate blood sugars avoiding the 3pm low!!

We can help via a variety of techniques:

·     Diet log – record for 3/5 days your food intake, the time and your mood within 20 minutes of your meal.

·     Analysis of the diet log can identify moods. Times of the day and foods that are detrimental to your weight loss.

·     Plan with you a shopping plan to make sure your weekly planned food intake mingles with the wine and washing powder!

·     Provide planned menus and recipe ideas to help you avoid boredom.
